Open a case via EMC Powerlink

Every customer is permitted two technical contacts.
Once logged into Powerlink, to Open, Update, Manage, or Query cases, follow the path: Home > Support > Service Requests

When filling out the form, please make sure you specify your contract type as eRoom.net. Please enter your Community Name in the "Documentum Sales" field.
You can confirm your Community Name by going to your My eRooms page and clicking the "Owners and Administrators" link.
