The "Welcome to eRoom.net" or Login page appears when you
Click "Enter eRoom.net" on the eRoom.net home page.
Click the "login" link after you click "Create a community" on the eRoom.net home page.
Direct your browser to your eRoom.net My eRooms page, to an eRoom you are invited to, or that you are a member of.
Type your Name and Password in the appropriate boxes. When you click "Login", and if eRoom validates your name and password, you are logged in to your eRoom.net community.

recovery for information about how you can recover your password if
you forget it.
Note: To leave
eRoom, simply close your browser. This logs you out and ends your connection
to eRoom.net.
To save your password from one eRoom.net session to the next, select the "Save Password" check box below the Password box on the "Welcome to eRoom.net" page. If you select this option, you don't have to enter your password each time you log in. However, be aware of the security risk that selecting this check box entails. Since your password is already filled in, an unauthorized user could gain access to your eRooms just by clicking "OK" on your login page.
When you log in to eRoom.net for the first time, the Software Options page opens and asks if you want to work with eRoom using Just the web browser, or using the eRoom plug-in software. (You can change this setting later on your Member Information page, as described below.)
If you pick "Just the web browser", you go directly to the "Welcome to eRoom.net" page without installing the plug-in.
If you pick "eRoom plug-in software",
the eRoom launches the setup program that installs the eRoom plug-in
client. You install the plug-in by clicking "Install" in the
"Welcome to eRoom 7" dialog box. Once the plug-in is installed,
the eRoom Monitor icon (
) appears on the Windows system
tray in the taskbar, and you go to the "Welcome to eRoom.net"
page.
The first time you log in to eRoom.net the "Password Recovery" page opens and asks you to choose a personal question and provide an answer for it. This is so that eRoom.net can help you recover your password if you don't remember it in the future. When you pick a question, supply an answer, and click "OK", password recovery is enabled for you. You can skip this step by clicking "Cancel". (You can always do it later on your Member Information page, as described below.)
On the "Welcome to eRoom.net" page, click "Forget your password?"
On the Password Recovery page, enter the Email address associated with your member account, and click "OK".
eRoom displays a message directing you to your inbox, where eRoom has sent a message containing a link and instructions that will enable you to log in and reset your password.
eRoom.net keeps member information about all of its members. You can change your own information, such as password, email address, personal question, and client choice, but unless you are an administrator, or have appropriate permissions, you can only look at this information about other members.
