Note:
You cannot import to eRoom 7 any eRoom or facility export file created
prior to version 6.x. In that case, import such a file to version 6.x
or later, export it, and then you can import it to eRoom 7.You can export an eRoom or a facility (all eRooms in it) from an eRoom.net community.
Go to eRoom Settings.
In the button bar at the top, click "Export this eRoom".
eRoom exports the eRoom and creates an .erm file. The Export page opens and contains a link for downloading the file.
On the Export page, click the link to download the .erm file and save it to disk.
In the File Download dialog box, click "Save".
In the Save As dialog box, specify a file name and location and click "Save".
Click "OK" to return to eRoom Settings.
Referenced members in the eRoom (including deleted members) are exported, as well as eRoom information and files. The eRoom's facility and community information is not exported.
A referenced member is any member who is:
a direct member of a eRoom
the owner or creator of any eRoom or object in a eRoom
appears in any database row or database member/approval column definition
appears as the owner of any project plan task
appears as a participant for any calendar event
has voted in any poll
is on a who-can-route list
Go to Facility Settings for the facility you want to export.
In the button bar at the top, click "Export this Facility".
On the Export page
To export all eRooms in the facility, pick "The entire <facility name> facility".
To export a single eRoom, pick "This eRoom:" and select a name from the drop-down list.
To exclude external files from the export, select "do not include external files"; to include them, leave the check box cleared.
Click "OK".
eRoom exports the facility and creates an .erf file. The Export page opens and contains a link for downloading the file.
On the Export page, click the link to download the .erf file and save it to disk.
In the File Download dialog box, click "Save".
In the Save As dialog box, specify a file name and location and click "Save".
Click "OK" to return to Facility Settings.
The following is exported:
The selected eRoom or the entire facility (leaving behind the external files if the "do not include external files" check box is selected).
Referenced members (including deleted members). Exported external members are made local.
Member groups. Member groups are exported with no members or nested groups.
Community (member) information is not exported.
You can import eRooms and facilities to an eRoom.net community (paid communities only).

Below the facilities table, click "import a facility".
On the Import facility page, click "Browse" to locate the .erf file for the exported facility, and then click "Open".
Optionally, change the Name and URL of the file you are importing.
Click "OK" to import the facility.
Imported members that match existing members in other eRoom.net communities (if any) are imported as deleted members.
