The monthly rate per eRoom workplace starts at US $599 and goes up from there depending on number of users, communities, and the
amount of disk space used. Please read our Billing Policy for more details.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an eRoom workplace you create, simply close it
and let us know within its first 30 days of service. We will promptly issue a refund or credit as appropriate.
Pricing Plans
eRoom.net offers 16 pricing plans to appeal to every customer's needs. From a month-to-month
user to the largest company, you'll find the pricing plan that best suits your needs.
Each plan includes one eRoom community and a fixed amount of disk space. The main differences
between the plans are the number of members included in the Monthly Fee, the rates for additional
members, and Term length. There are no differences in the product’s
features and functionality

As long as you remain a customer in good standing, all of your information will be preserved on
the eRoom.net site. Once you close your account, all of your information and data will be removed
from the site, and you will be charged for only the services consumed and for your outstanding
Term obligations, if applicable.
The Project plan is ideal for customers who want to start out with fewer members, whose projects
will last fewer than 6 months or who are otherwise unable to commit to a minimum 6-month term length.
There is no time or minimum payment commitment under this plan. Simply pay for what you use
each month. When done using the service, you simply close the account and you will be charged a prorated fee
for your last month of use.
The Team, Workgroup, Venture, Business, and Corporate
plans are ideal for customers who will be using the service for a minimum of 6 months and know
how approximately how many users will be involved in these projects. In exchange for a lower
monthly base rate and more included members than available with the Project plan,
Term customers agree to a minimum fixed contract length or 6-, 12-, or 24- months

disk space, shared by all communities paid for by the account. Extra space
is billed automatically at $0.10/Mb.
